Question 1

How does an NFC smart business card work?

Accepted Answer

The card carries a small NFC chip programmed with a link. When it is held near a phone that supports NFC reading, the phone can open that link — typically your digital profile. On most phones NFC needs to be switched on, and some models need the phone unlocked.

Question 2

Will it work with every phone?

Accepted Answer

No card works with every phone. Most recent Android phones and iPhones can read NFC links, but support and behaviour vary by model, operating system and settings. A printed QR code on the card can be added as a fallback for phones that cannot read NFC.

Question 3

What can I customize?

Accepted Answer

The card design, your name and title, company logo and colours, and the details shown on your digital profile — contact numbers, email, website and social links. Exact material and finish options are confirmed with your quotation.

Question 4

Can I update my details after the card is made?

Accepted Answer

That depends on how the card is configured. When the card points to a hosted digital profile, the profile can be updated without changing the card. Discuss this with us when you enquire so the right setup is chosen.

Question 5

How do I order, and how much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Send an enquiry with your quantity and design requirements through WhatsApp or email. BitNTech replies with design options and a quotation. There is no online checkout; pricing depends on quantity and customization.

Question 6

Do you make cards for whole teams?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cards can be designed for individuals, entrepreneurs and organisations, including consistent branding across a team.
